As well as carrying out new installations, our specialist area is Health and Safety and ongoing planned maintenance.
We design and maintain on-site Electrical Health and Safety files (EHS) that records functional and duration emergency lighting testing, rolling Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) Fire alarm testing (See SES Fire), Portable Appliance Testing Logs (PAT) with asset registers and planned Electrical maintenance which includes relamping and replacement of damaged electrical items which is known as “Jobbing”.
We basically remove electrical related H&S issues from facilities managers and maintain their buildings to the correct audit standards.
As a contract client of SES Electrical you have access to a guaranteed bespoke 24 hour 7 day a week callout service.
Our client base extends throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and West London and Include BMW, Audi, Porsche, Rolls Royce and Ferrari dealerships, Care homes, Residential Homes, Private Schools and Restaurants.
